Hey Everyone: I was just trying to get a sense of how many of you all listen to the DIS Unplugged? I'm a regular listener, and I really enjoy listening to it during my weekend long runs. I know some others of you listen as well (because I've met you and talked with you about it), but I wondered how many others are out there.

Our family regularly listens to the Pod Cast, we often put it on as back ground " Music" during dinner. Its often very funny and we all like to listen. Haven't been able to download them on my MP3 but thats a great idea for a long run listen. For the marthon trip we are going without children so each time we listen they get "bummed out", it makes us however quite excited about the trip. Dont' worry were not that mean, we will be taking them at the end of the summer! I really like the restaurant reviews!

Hi Michelle: :wave2: You're up here in my neck of the woods - I guess even further north. I have a good friend that teaches at Brock University, and I went to visit her once. Did you come down for the DVC show at the Strong Museum in Rochester? I was just saying that we should head to Niagara Falls for New Years Eve and look at the light show.

I listen to the roundtable show each week and about every other email show. I don’t listen to anything while I run but it (along with some other podcasts) gets me through my morning and evening commutes without wanting to kill anyone.

Too add to the question, are any wishers going on the podcast cruise? I’ll be there with my mom and youngest brother. Neither are on the boards or know anything about the podcast so I can’t wait for their reaction to the madness.

I can't do my Long Runs without the podcast! (Seriously, I've used that as an excuse more than once.) It's especially nice as I don't like to run to music as it effects my pacing, but on long solo runs the silence can be deafening.

I listen to the podcast as well, but not on my LR. I need to have music to keep my pace up. I DO listen while driving to and from the gym to work out though.

I think that Bob was at the race last year to cheer on the runners. I get the impression that the rest of the team are not early risers, though. Do you think there will be any of them there? That would be really great!

I have listened to a few of them, but I need to listen to music when I work out helps me keep a faster pace.

I listen to the DIS podcast here at home (though I am still slogging through a lot of the earlier episodes). When running, I sometimes listen to Phedippidations, but most of my mp3 player is music.

For outside runs though, I don't take an mp3 player - no sidewalks, and too many local drivers who view a runner as a moving target.

I love listening while I'm walking outside. I'll be walking along and just start lol at something they're saying. Needless to say, I get some strange looks sometimes. :goodvibes

My fav Disney podcast by far, thanks for reminding me about the shirt, I just ordered. It's odd paying for anything with a check. That's what took me so long.

You know that I do, Dave!

And YES! I save the podcast for my long run each week! Love it!

As for shirts...I went to order them a while back and wanted to get one for the whole family since we do matching shirts for our trips anyway. I thought, great. I can kill two birds with one stone here and our matching shirts this time around will be the GKTW shirts. But they don't seem to be offering them in kid sizes. I am sending a note along to Pete to see if it will be possible.
