View Full Version : New Member First Trip planned

I have booked my first trip to Ft. Wilderness for April 2010. My wife is diligently planning the trip, but we have locked in our preferred sites. I know a lot of people around here recommend specific loops. Can you actually request a specific loop at the ~499 day mark? Is preferred only one specific loop? I was also surprised they did not ask for our rig lengths. Anyways, we are looking forward to this first trip, particularly with our youngest who will be 3 and 1.5.

First off... WELCOME !!!.

Yes, you can ask for a specific loop when you make your ressie, also they need to know the length of your RV, slide info, awning and truck length, they should have asked this info.

Thanks for the info. I guess I will need to call them back and give them the lengths. I have not even bought my travel trailer yet, but it will most likely be a ~33 footer along with my Nissan Armada. I am actually leaning very heavily towards the new Keystone Bullet. Now the million dollar question...which of the preferred loops is the best? I am sure I will get a lot of different answers.

With a pet 300, without a pet 200. JMHO

Thanks for the info. We have requested the 200 loop. Now I need a Click remote to get 2010 here quicker.

If you get to 2010 and the economy is better, please come back for the rest of us. :rotfl:
