Banking Question Help Please

Ok I need help.We just talked to our guide and we might buy at HH.The use year is April.When would I have to bank these to save them for 2003.We aren't going on vacation in 2002 and we want to bank them after we buy if we have time to do that.

I have an April use year too. You have until Sept 30 to bank 100% (250), Dec 31 for 50% (125 total), Jan 30 for 25 % (62 total).
