Cancellation policies?

I just got off the phone with WDTC... I switched my DC room-only rate at POR to the Fall Getaway Package- POR at $77/night plus 2 adult UPH.

The CM I talked to was not very helpful. She was not very certain about the cancellation policy. Not that I plan on cancelling at all, but you never know. Our balance is due 21 days before arrival. Can any of you tell me if there are penalties to canceling and at what point are they effective?

Can't help you with the cancellation policy but now you've got me wondering about this fall get a way package. That rate is cheaper than the room only rate I have and you get UPHs. What are the specifics on this?

If you are not planning to get UPHs then this package probably won't save you any money. DH and i were planning to get them, so this was a good deal. For the 2 of us, our total came out to $1174.90. Thats room, UHPs and tax. That saved us $200 off our DC rate.
