I sure did take advantage! I could'nt believe what a great rate. Did you look at thise home it's nice! In Rolling Hills @ Formosa Gardens. I"m so tickled. She's from the U.K. but so easy to work with. She banked at a national chain that we happen to have in my small home town so I just go her routing and account number and dropped a check off and faxed her a signed contract and boom i'm all set. I'm very happy about this rate. We plan to take the extra money and treat our selves to a 4* on a beach for the 4th and 5th to just relax before we come home. I just now have to decided where.LOL I'm leaning toward that Don Colos (sp) in St. Pete! I hear people on price line are getting that place for 85 bucks a night!

Tammy, I stayed at a 4/2 in Rolling Hills in April for the same price for SEVEN days. It was BEAUTIFUL and in a cul de sac and worth every dime.

The pool was fenced and private and had a bubbling jacuzzi. The best part there was no prepayment, I just paid for it totally when I arrived.

Deals can be had if you work hard enough!
