Did you mean to type "taken on 4 /17/02"? ;)

How ever did you get access to these areas? Thank you so much. I will be down in less than 2 weeks, but I am sure I won't get as close to them as you did. Pictures are the next best thing to beiing there. Thanks again.

All of these pictures were taken outside of the fence. Not that I didn't think about walking around it. The fence is nothing more than a gate across the sidewalk - it would be easy to step on the grass and go around.
Some of the other pics were taken on the way into the main entrance of the Beach Club.
No rules were broken in the taking of these pictures:)

All I can say is I am so disappointed. Now I feel like a fool for purchasing at BCV. Disney has finally did it. They have built a place that I will refuse to leave. I better purchase more points.
Thanks for the pics they are great and have confirmed purchasing here was a wise decision.

They must have taken down some of the construction fencing. We were there at the very end of April and could not get this close. The fencing that was there at the time was around 6 feet high and you could not see through it.
These are great pictures, thanks for sharing. Is there a walkway from the villas on the side that faces Epcot that goes from the villas all the way to the road/walkway that goes over to Epcot?

Yes - sort of. Say you are walking from International Gateway up the hill toward the BC. As you are coming down the hill there is a fence on your right hand side - there is a brake between two columns (it looks like there was a gate there once), right at the start of the Beach Club.
If you follow this sidewalk (it takes you behind the Beach Club, along the first level rooms) it will bring you out to the pic 1, 2, and 3 location. If you turn left there, you can go into the BC or BCV.
I hope this helps.:D

I ask this question for two reasons, one - I was hoping to be able to walk to Epcot using this walkway, and two - there were other people that were concerned about having to walk through BC from BCV to get to SAB. If I understand what you are saying, you could walk along this walkway and then go to SAB that way if you choose to. Personally, I wouldn't mind walking through BC.

YOu can walk through the BC to get to SAB. It would be a much shorter route. To get to EPCOT - I would follow the path...more than likely.

Nice pictures, thank you. What a difference from the middle of April. I wish I could have gotten this close.

Just there this past week but couldn't get close enough to see the actual pool area. One good thing though, people in parking lot or going across bridge to BC entrance will not be able to see the pool area very well either.
