Jack also got me a beautiful cuddly Daisy Duck, some books, lovely wool socks, and massage oil (which will hopefully mean I get shoulder rubs longer than a minute!). My parents got me lots of bits, including Wall-E on Blu-Ray, Tea towels, a necklace stand, chocolates and a pampering set thingy for my feet. :)

We are at Jacks tomorrow and his mum and sisters always get me lovely stuff so I'm looking forward to that and to giving them theirs!!

I have been thoroughly spoilt this year with loads and loads of jewellery, books, perfume, clothes, and lots of other things. Since taking this photo I have been out to my sisters for lunch and have received more prezzies. Then tonight we are back at my sisters for the evening and there will be more prezzies. Like I said.....thoroughly spoilt. :teeth:

I will post photos later. I got of my mum & dad: Money, books, a couple of computer games, a limited edition coin set for the 2008 Olympics, a CSI calender, chocolate & a model ambulance (as a joke present as i'm meant to start my training in February for the service). From my cousin I got Mamma Mia dvd & a Heath Ledger book. My aunt & uncle got me a Jeremy Clarkson book, which I need to change as I have already read it. Another aunt gave me money.

My sister is coming over tomorrow with her children, so it will be another day of exchanging presents

What lovely presents everyone's got. I thought hildasmuriel was winning the award for receiving the most until I saw what Bob received! :rotfl:

Here's my pile ~ my main present which is the Disney bag from Bradford Exchange STILL hasn't arrived (surprise surprise ;) will it EVER come?? :confused3 ) and I knew I was having the calendar and Mummy DVD set but the Mickey DT ornament was a wonderful surprise. I've also had some ££ from my mum and I'm having the 2009 WDW Passporter but that isn't due until January.

We cut down on Christmas a lot this year because of our holiday and cruise next year but bought a Wii as a family present and we have had great fun on it so far.

Oooh some of you had lots of lovely pressies there!! :goodvibes

I didn't expect to get any (as my camera was meant to be a joint birthday/Xmas present) but at the last minute, Peter asked what I would like as it would be nice to open something on the day. I asked for 2 CDs (Take That & Girls Aloud) and the Dawn French book. So I got what I asked for and he also bought Leona Lewis' CD and a silver charm necklace on top of that. This is the first time ever that he has bought any form of jewellery for me, so that was a very nice surprise:lovestruc . He said it's easy for me now as he can just buy a new charm for Mother's Day, birthday and Christmas every year lol. And erm, yes, he couldn't be bothered to remove the price labels from the CDs lol.

 How lazy can they get?! :rotfl: At least, mine will wrap the pressies himself, usually at the very last minute and I'm ordered not to go into the kitchen for a few minutes :)

You lot are so lucky!
I bought myself an ipod and Alan Carr's book. MIL bought me nightshirts and socks. I got Lindt chocs off the girls. The girls had sooooo much, it was ridiculous. We were restrained but the rest of the family go mad because they are the only nieces/grandchildren.

I think money spent for ourselves for once are the best spent lol and at least you know you will like what you get :rotfl:

I think that's the problem with kids, eventually they dont appreciate what they get as they have too much :confused3

I absolutely agree. I ask our families not to buy them so much every year! Having 3 girls means that they have EVERYTHING! It was a struggle to think what to buy them this year, as their toys are kept in nice condition and I pass everything on. I try not to spoil them but my MIL goes crazy. :confused3

I totally agree. I've got 2 girls and the oldest was so careful with things they all look brand new. I bring things out of the loft every now and then and she thinks its new. We now have 5 baby annabels in our house and DH wanted to buy another one so she could have her own (she got one last year :confused3 ) Opted for baby chou chou and what has she spent the last 2 days doing - pushing the cat around the house in her new pram :rotfl2:

Quite right - loads of people buy second hand stuff on ebay and give that as prezzies, so why not your own second hand stuff?

It's very enviromentally friendly too. :teeth:

I do this too!:rotfl: I would rather have excellent quality second hand than cheap new stuff - but that's just me.

I bought myself some more Christmas presents in the sales: dressing gown, scarf, jeans and a hat.:thumbsup2

Hee - of course!

Jack and I watched the first half yesterday. Blu-ray is amazing! Looks better than it did in the cinema.

I love Wall-E so much!! But now I've got the song stuck in my head!!

"Put on your Sunday clothes, There's lots of world out there!!"

gemmybear83

I got Wall-E on dvd too! We watched it on xmas day, I love the Presto Pixar short on there too.

I also got from Henry: 2 tickets to see x factor live in Feb (this was a surprise and I'm very excited about seeing this hehe!), sex and city special edition dvd, a really pretty address and birthday book (as I don't have either and I am very disorganised - as writing my xmas cards proved!), HSM3 dance game for the wii (great fun!) and Sim City Creator for the wii (not played this yet this was also a surprise). I also got a cute stocking off Henry full of sweets and things.:goodvibes

I also got - far too many selection boxes, a new alarm clock (we really need a nice new one so my mum and dad got me this), socks, pjs, and smellies. My dad has given us some money to go crazy in the sales with but I am going to keep it to use to help pay for our redecorating after xmas - boring!
