I'm starting this now because I figure some are like me stuck working a part of today and then having family gatherings tonight and tomorrow and trying to sneak in a run somewhere LOL So I want to give a shout out nice and early to catch everyone. :)

I hope everyone has a wonderful long holiday weekend full of wonderful times and safe travel. May your stockings be filled with the Garmins, ipods, running skirts and shadow boxes for all your coming medals. No coal allowed, I know you've all been very good this year. :thumbsup2
