Glass Brick Mickey Design

OK I am either blind, or have no idea what I am looking for.

I did a search for glass brick & no luck.

Someone designed a glass brick with christmas lights inside of it (no problem with this), but they talked about a decal hey used on the front.

Does anyone know the details, or possible help me find the link to the thread.

I saw that same thread on the scrapbook forum the title was something like my project or something, I do however have a pic of the image she used to make the decal. I believed she used her Cricut to make the decal out of transparent paper. Here is the image
