Made a bit of an error with the size of our Turkey Crown this year. ( We will get a crown because there is no waste I said. ) Whoops a 14lb Turkey Crown later. Dont know what happened with my calcuations there will only be two of us for Christmas Dinner this year. :rolleyes1
There will probably be enough for everyone on the DIS. Good job our DS and DDIL are coming for dinner on Boxing Day.
I wonder how many recipies there are for Turkey

I could think of worse things. DH might not agree with me. He isnt that keen on Turkey, I think he only eats it to be sociable :rotfl:

Forgot to check the size of the roasting tin for my turkey crown, guess what ? The turkey crown was to big for the tin  so I had to do as you did and cut it in half and freeze one half. It didnt help that I wasnt very well today( think I am coming down with something.) we didnt have our Christmas Lunch until 5pm had no pudding just couldnt face it. When our DS and DIL come tomorrow we might have some then.
 Will definately measure everything next year
