Disney Gift Cards

Hello,

Looking at booking the Disney package where you get the $200 gift card.

Does anyone know what the card can be used for? Can it be used at the Disney property restaurants to pay for dinner, or can it only be spent on Merchandise?

When I booked, it was confirmed the gift card is the typical one you can purchase in the US. With that said, it is indeed valid on dining, souvenirs, etc. You can learn more about the card here: http://disney.go.com/disneygiftcard/

I am thinking about taking my niece on a surprise trip and knowing that I have that extra money to go towards food is a big help. :wizard:

Just to let you know, you have to go before the end of March. While the 4/3 deal extends into the Spring, the $200 gift card does not.
