Blink cashout is quite annoying I have to say.....

I cashed out for a webcertificate in mid-March since it claims it can take up to 6 weeks. Then last week after 7wks I sent them an email which they claim can take up to 2 wks to receive a reply. Why are they soooo slow? I thought I was giving myself ample time for my June 7 trip, but now it looks like it's not going to happen before then. I am quite frustrated with Blink at this point.

You click like mad to accumulate a massive 53000 points to get a tiny $5 webcert and then 6, 8, 10 weeks later--still no certificate. What's with that?
