My wife would like to buy some Visa or Mastercard gift cards for the kids but she can not find where to buy them. Can any body tell me where to buy them. Thanks in advance. Also Peace and love and Merry Christmas to all my fellow Disers.:santa: :hippie:

I've seen them at Shoppers Drug Mart. However, beware of service charges on these cards. You have to pay a service charge to buy (ie a $50 card costs about $55). And, the rules to use them can be complex.

I bought one this past summer as a gift from Sobey's grocery stores but as the above poster mentioned beware of "hidden" charges. I won't be buying them again soon.:headache:

I saw them at safeway. I got one as a thank you gift last week and there is alot of rules to using it. I am not sure how I will use it yet as I am still reading the "rules"

if you know where they'd like to spend the money most I would buy the gift card specifically for there....good luck
