Just wondering if there is anything like magical beginnings or any buybacks going on if we buy in right now before the increase for first time buyers. Thanks

Two weeks ago points were 5 off, and you got all your points, but now is just 75 a point.

Not true, I thought there was a MB program buying back the first year's points at $5 pp. That is the current incentive. Prices go to $80 pp come June 1.

That's it.

The $5 buyback will still be in effect when the price goes to $80. The other difference from past MB programs is that the $5 can not be counted as your downpayment.
