How are the seats at the HDD in the dining plan seat options? Do you like the food? You can get there by boat from WL right? Any advice, our kids will be 2 and 5.

THey may be a little young to get the corney jokes, but it's agood time.

Yes you can take a boat from WL or from MK

Cat 1 seating will be the closest to the stage on the main floor. The Cat 2 will be on the main floor but closer to the back. Cat 3 is upstairs. I've only done cat 1 so I dont know what the others are like.

I really like the food, BUT it's because it's just my favorite type. I mean I love ribs, chicken, mashed taters and corn bread.. Yummy... If you dont like those you probably wont enjoy the food :)

The performers this year for the late showing (dont know if they are different or how that works) IMO werent as good / as clear as when I saw them last Dec. Now a couple of them were the same, but a few were either new, or just plain werent as good. Still, my buddy had never been to it, and we were litterally crying from laughing. We actually got the main guy to have what I call a 'saturday night live' moment. There are times when they 'act' like the audience is making them laugh so they cant go on, but this was far and beyond that. If you looked at the other performers you could tell this wasnt part of it because they were having a heck of a time also, plus the crowd just couldnt stop laughing. It was awesome..

I REALLY like it, but it's not cheap, BUT you are getting dinner and a show that lasts about 1:45 so looking at it that way it's resonable IMO.

Has anyone taken small kids to this show? I think my 5 yr old will be okay, not sure about my toddler.

my four year old boy has been going every year since he was one and he loves it- he may not get some of the jokes but enough slap stick comedy singing and dancing to keep his attention and happy

We just did this show with out 4 and 1 year old. Both really enjoyed the experience.

Actually all of us (4 adults and the 2 kids) enjoyed the whole show and I recommend it!

We just went a week ago for the first time. My eight year old didn't get any of the jokes but he had fun watching all the antics going on on stage. At one time he wasn't clapping hands like they wanted us to and the red headed character was standing by him and took his hands and made him clap them together. From that moment on he did what everyone else did.

We were on the dining plan, which I believe my ticket said is category two. We were just under the landing that is the upper seating but the closest table to where the food is brought out. We were amazed we were put that close to the stage. The waiters didn't bother us in the least and in fact the actors enter and exit onto the main floor a lot through that door so they were always passing close to us and each of the ladies sat on a chair right behind us at some point in the show and acknowledged us when we looked their way.
