If you need to very quick, cheap last minute gift or need to bring something to the office next week I give you this recipe.

1 bag (12 oz) chocolate chips
1 can frosting (not whipped)

Pour into a microwave safe bowl and cook for 1 minute, stir and cook another 30 seconds. Pour into 8 x 8 pan and refrigerate

Instant Fudge….

I got this recipe via another message board and didn’t think it would work.. WOW it is so good. I ended up making lots of it to bring to work and to give the neighbors..

We even took peanut butter chips with cream cheese frosting and made peanut butter fudge, then tried it with Butterscotch chips and cream cheese frosting. Another winning combination..

I don’t think I will ever use my old fudge recipe again.

I just tried making this, and it's in the fridge now. If licking out the bowl counts, it's pretty good!!!

Thanks, and MERRY CHRISTMAS!:santa:
