I was able to get the mp3 by going to the podcast page and instead of clicking on the email show link to play, I downloaded instead.


If on a 'email show' button "Download the Linked File As..."

You can do this on a PC by right-clicking that button, or on the Mac by ctrl-clicking on that button.

The usual way is to "subscribe" - there is a link on the web site specifically for iTunes. However, they occasionally mess up the data that iTunes downloads to see what podcasts are available, or where they are located. Its not unique to this podcast, either. :sad2:

Not you Zulu - I've been trying since yesterday. Going to reboot iTunes and see what happens.

They have to either fix the syndication data (which may not work - iTunes generally ignores changed data in a lot of cases), or copy/link the podcast to the bad name so that itunes finds it there. Doesn't appear that either has happened yet.

That is what I had set up and it worked swimmingly for a long time. Open iTunes, it would automatically download the last show, plug in my iPod, sync and enjoy! A couple of weeks ago I couldn't get the podcast and unsub'd and re-subed with no progress so I deleted all the temp Net files and wiped out all the podcasts on my iPod somehow and now it's such a pain cuz it doesn't know which ones I've listened to and which one to get. :sad2:

It's great for me to have a workaround till I spend some time trying to automate the system again. :goodvibes
