Northwest online check-in

I got our tickets throught priceline. I went to www.nwa.com to print off our boarding passes. I entered my credit card number to verify who I am and it says they cannot find my reservation with the information I gave them and to see a Northwest agent at the airport. I have never flown before and this makes me kind of nervous. I guess I've read too many stories about people's bad experiences with airlines and I don't want to get to the airport and find out we really don't have tickets or something. I have the receipt that I printed from Priceline with the ticket numbers. Please reassure me that I am worrying for nothing!! :rolleyes:

They probably cannot find it, because you gave them the cc # you used to pay Priceline, but, Priceline paid NWA, so SWA has no record of your cc number, since they never got it.

Did PL give you a 6 digit confirmation? (Actually, a combimation of numbers and letters). You can use that on the NWA site.

Or you can just call NWA, verify your ressie and get the confirmation number from them, then print out your boarding passes

Poohloer has the right idea.

Go back to nwa.com and try again with the confirmatin #.

If that doesn't work, call them right away.

Don't wait to get to the airport to find out somethings amiss.

Thanks everybody. I didn't think about it before, but I guess that probably is why they don't recognize my CC #. I'm going to call them right now.:)

I called and confirmed my reservations. I also got our confirmation number and just printed off our boarding passes. I think I'm just paranoid that something has to go wrong because everything has been working out so far. I wish I could stop worrying so much! Thanks for your help everybody.
