past due notice from WDTC

Got a letter from WDTC about my reservation! In big letters it says PAST DUE on the notice. Then , it says my balance is overdue, etc! How can this be when my balance isnt due until the 31st and it even states that on the notice?
I called up and the CM said that its just a "reminder" Reminders dont usually have "PAST DUE" written all over! Im worried that she is wrong.
Has anyone else gotten a past due notice before their balance was due?

Yuppers. This happened to us a few months ago. Our final payment wasn't due until April 15th but we got the "past due" notice in March. When I called they said that it must be a glitch and that in fact the 4/15 due date was correct. I really don't think that this is a glitch at all seeing that this isn't the first I've heard of others with this problem. I think that the people at WDW are trying to get you to pay asap so that the money is in their hands working for them and not earning you interest in your account until the last minute.

I got one of these last year on a reservation that I had canceled, and the deposit refund had shown up on the Credit Card 2 months prior!
