My advice, put a tv in the back. You would not believe it. Both the 4 year old and 2 year old didn't complain during the entire time. No fuss/no screaming, etc. Just bring enough videos....

Our drive is about 15 hours, which is why we usually fly. DS, now 8, has always been a spectacular traveler. Game Boy does the trick for us. :)
We are going to WDW in June, and are flying. DS was disappointed because we get to eat fast food when we drive. :rolleyes:
