How do you get this Lowes card for free upgrade? Thanks

You can sign up on their website or call them. I don't believe the upgrade is free, I think it is 35$ and only if available.

You ask for "room upgrades" at check-in and are granted only if available.Suite up-grades are available for a limited time for $35.00,based on availabilty.:)
