Tink meet'n'greet pics

Since I had such a great time meeting Tink in Oct, I would love to see some of your pics and hear your stories.
I'll start with my own:
The waiting time said 90 mins, but this was a couple of days after the opening so we were like we have to do this, no matter what!!!
Luckily we "only" waited for an hour.

It was all going really fast and you had the feeling that you had fairies flying around you, grabbing you and asking you questions all the time. It was so much fun. They were really really good!

I love your pictures. Here's our story:

DD9 and I waited about an hour to see the Fairies in Mid-November. The wait in line went very quickly because I chatted with the people in front of us and DD worked on a word search until she decided not to be shy and talk with their little girl.

As we got closer I thought DD was going to jump up and down and explode with excitement. She wanted to meet the fairies so badly.

When it was finally our turn, we enjoyed walking down the hallway and saw the Fairie lights and heard the baby fairy laugh. Here's my fairy light picture:

We also had fun talking to the Cast Member who had been there for many years and whose son "knows" Goofy at Chef Mickey's.

Then it was our turn and Iradessa peeked around the corner and tried to get DD to fly with her but DD got shy and wouldn't do it.
Since DD was suddenly shy, Iradessa just chatted with her and signed her autograph book.

Then it was DD's time to meet Tinkerbell. Well, DD was just so excited she started chatting and chatting and so was Tinkerbell. It got louder and louder and then Iradessa jumped in on the conversation. I wish I'd gotten a picture but they were standing close enough which was why it got really loud. Even the Photopass person said something to me about it. :rotfl: DD and Tinkerbell had fun talking and finally posed for this picture:

Then DD decided to be shy again with Rosetta. Rosetta was really sweet with her. They talked about flowers. I've got the best Photopass picture that I'm waiting to receive. It was the best picture out of all the fairies. But here's the one I took:

Are there some fairies that are there more regulary then others?

In the beginning they only had Tink, Rosetta and Iridessa out, cause I heard a guy asking a CM when the others would come out cause he had been there a couple of times now. Tink is always there with 2 of the others.
The pics above are the first I see of Silvermist and Fawn.

Don't they wear pixie dust on the arms anymore??? They were all really sparkly (sp) when I meet them. But it doesn't look like it on the pics!

Yes, they do. Tinkerbell even mentioned how she got pixie dust all over DS when she gave him a hug :-)

we had a great time meeting the fairies last month! i found out from a friend that went earlier this month that iridessa and rosetta are there in the morning and silvermist and fawn are there later in the day. we saw iridessa and rosetta (who i love!) excuse the red nose - man was it cold out!!!

how did you get all of the fairies, I'm going on the 24th of Jan, and I want to get all of them. Did you have to get back in line after you met the first three?
Or did they allow you to wait for the last two?

Amy, after you type whatever you want to say then on a new line add the image code. Its the last line of codes on photobucket under your picture. It looks like this.

Here is our story
DD is 4 and LOVES Rosetta and the baker fairy Dulcie *I wonder why?Would it have anything to do with MY name being Dulcie...THANKS to whoever decided my name belonged in Disney stories!!!*
The morning we arrived we were told at the gate..Don't forget to stop by Pixie Hollow..Today is the first day you can meet Tink and her fairy friends.Well DD was all excited about that one.
We finally made it around that way and the wait was 2 hours long!! Oh my I haven't ever waited 2 hours on anything in WDW..but for her I would have waited all day long.
So we waited and waited and waited..moving very slowly through the line...with people in the Princess line flying by.
We got up to the front and she said ... Mommie if you don't want to wait anymore we can go now.... OH NNNNOOOOO.... LOL She didn't want to go but didn't want me to wait if I didn't want to.So sweet!
We got our pixie photo pass and went on our way.
She was VERY excited and we had a nice time chatting with the fairies.It made the wait very well worth it.
