Anyway - I'm now even more excited...when they get here that add even more!!!! UGH - I can't believe I have to wait so long now to go!!!! :D :D :D :D

I keep checking the mailbox for my MVMCP tickets. I'm waiting for a call from the local Disney Store telling me that I can come in and pickup my AP voucher. I just got off the phone with the Disney Vacation Club and I now have a confirmed reservation at a Beach Club Villas Studio from 12/1 to 12/13. And I'm about to head over to priceline.com to make ressies for a room for the drive down to WDW. Excited? Just a bit. :D

I've already plunked down some money, too - for a 5 day hopper plus with four (4) plus options from www.floridaorlandotickets.com :) I considered getting a convention hopper pass, but the plus options would certainly NOT get used in one week, and they would expire.

Nancy - DW has conceded that my DIS addicition is incurable. She figures that some husbands do the golfing thing. Some the hunting thing. Some the fishing thing. And some the sports thing. She's willing to accept that DIS is my thing, and that it's OK for me to disappear for a couple of weeks in December and on occasional weekends. I always try to get her to come with me, but her schedule rarely seems to mesh with DISmeets/DIScon. Perhaps when the kids are a bit older.

Okay Nancy....fess up - you really got your tickets there so that you could get the pin and not feel so out of place when you are passing through Pin Chat on Thursday nights right!!!!! ;) ;) ;) :D :D :D :D :D

LOL, Chris! The free pin is only for folks who have their tickets delivered to their hotels or pick up the tickets when they arrive in Orlando. The real reason I bought my ticket now is because it was charged to a credit card that gives me Starwood hotel points - and I need those points now rather than later! ;)

I know it's hard to believe - but I rarely chat any more!! :eek:

The Disney Store just called. My AP voucher is in. So tomorrow's lunch plans are to drive to the store and spend some more money in preparation for DIScon 2002. Sue and I will be in Florida in November and I don't know if I will be able to stay away from WDW knowing that an AP is in my grasp.

I wonder if my MVMCP ticket will show up in today's mail.

My MVMCP ticket did show up in the mail on Thursday.
I got my WDW AP voucher at the Disney Store on Friday.
I also got a package in the mail from Barry Hom with DIScon videos on Friday.
And I got my confirmation letter for my room at Beach Club Villas today.

Now all I need is for December 1st to get here. :bounce:
