Am I the only one having trouble with DA?

Re-registered but when I go to the site the ony thing I get is javascript errors.I cant get into any of the searches or anything.I have tried IE and Netscape(this one is only giving me a black screen)Can anyone help me or will this be one reward site I will have to stop doing(all that clicking before the change for nothing:( )?

I re-registered just like you are supposed to. They sent me the email telling me to click the link to activate it or something. I clicked and received an error message that this account has already been activated or the user doesn't exist!! I tried to log in and it tells me that the password doesn't match the user!! I tried to email her and it bounced back!!! I had over $10 in disney $$ when it became automated!!:bounce: I'll try again later today. I hope it comes up correctly soon!

My problem is that I was clicking on the links and not getting credited. I also did not get credited for any of my searches.

I had the black screen prob on my fathers computer. It is running Win 98, about 5 years old. Netscape 4.06 and I don't know what explorer, but I was having the same problems you have talked about. Black screen, java script. Came home, used my computer - works almost fine.

I also got the msg : I clicked and received an error message that this account has already been activated or the user doesn't exist!! I have tried click on their email but but get an erro back of no such email address. I am totally lost. I have tried to do a reply to sender through the email they sent me no go either. Any other suggestions?

I went into the message boards there and posted a message. Someone gave me another email address for her and I wrote to that one and it has not bounced back. She still hasn't emailed me back yet though:( I understand there is probably a lot going on there, but at least she should answer emails. Let me know if you want her other email address and I will send it to you!

I know that I have had some problems with the new page too, but we need to be patient. Kris has a lot going on right now with the new site, I am sure that she will get to everything as soon as she can. Also, before the switch to the new site (when I was using the old site), Kris made herself readily available for any help that I needed and ususally responded to emails very quickly. I know all of the issues with the new site are frusterating, they are probably even more frusterating for Kris. Let's give it a little time and patience, I am sure that everything will work itself out!

UPDATE

Kris did PM me and gave me a suggestion to try and get back into the site. I will give it a try after the kids get off to school!:p
