Tell me about it! I booked our trip and then my niece and nephew decided to join us so I also booked theirs - £780. £50 cashback could have got a few more pressies

oh well .. at least we'll have it for next time! ;)

I noticed that before but I always phone in and just have to pay the deposit then got ages to pay the remainder!:rotfl:

But great if you have the money in one go!:thumbsup2

Yeah I always use this too. They offer cashback for Air France aswell.

If you do use Quidco in future we've also found it worthwhile to go halfboard as you get 6.5% back on your meals that way too :thumbsup2

We would've booked our flights with them too, but the ones we wanted weren't available so we only got the 1.5% direct with Air France.

I tried to go through Quidco when we booked our package (including flights) and it kept coming up as 'transportation not available'. I assumed that you could only book a hotel/tickets package and so booked through Disney direct. Then when I read the info, there were no exclusions, so I can't work out why I couldn't book online. Has anyone else successfully booked the whole package?:confused3

You know you've got me wondering now if the only reason our flights were unavailable was because we booked through Quidco :confused: Hmmmmmm, ah well, guess I'll never know but I hope not as it would've been cheaper still for us not to go through Quidco and book the flights in our package and it would've included the VEA.

I would like to know the answer for next time!

its a cashback website. According to them;

"Quidco is the web's cashback cooperative. Quidco collects referral commissions from online merchants and passes them all on to our members. The Quidco cooperative is a cashback revolution where members keep their full earnings in exchange for giving Quidco £5 out of their earnings once a year."

So basically you register with them and you can earn cashback on purchases from their partners :confused3 not sure if i'm explaining this very well..

I buy everything through them!:goodvibes I have had my car insurance (between £45 and £100 cashback depending on insurer) AA and RAC, health insurance, purchases from Waterstones, Play, John Lewis, HMV to mention a few. I double checked the insurance and was given the same quote over the phone, so they don't add anything to your premium - there's no catch!

We used Quidco for our booking. However, we've been a bit stung as we had to make two separate bookings to get two rooms (otherwise it would have put us in the same room) and when we looked back at Quidco - between the first and second room booking we were 'logged out' of Quidco for some reason so it didn't pick up the bookings! We didn't log ourselves out so what happened we don't know???

It's been a bit of a mare and we've had to raise a query about it - now they are saying they will only honour one of the bookings as they can only 'find' one (£60 ish) which is a bit annoying as we could have had £120 ish!
