'Twas the night before leaving and all through the house, DH and I were stirring with excitement over the Mouse.
The luggage was packed and stacked by the door and good heavens I'm not packing anymore.
DH in his pj's and I in my cap had just settled down to attempt to pin down a nap.
When all of a sudden the alarm lets off a chime, I open my eyes to check out the time. It's 3:45am and time to ge up, time to get moving, and time to get out!
Our ride arrives and DH springs into gear, he whistled and shouted and called out with fear...The tickets, the boarding passess, the carryon, the dvd player, the cameras, the videos and our hats to make us merrier.
We load up the car and cruise down the road, laughing at everyone who has to stay home in the snow.
We arrive at the airport and thank our good friend, we hope he remembers to pick us up next weekend.
We check in our luggage and stride to the gate only to be held up by the TSA. We finally arrive and board our plane and very soon we are on our way.
We land in Orlando and we look a mess as we scramble to the B Terminal and the Magic Express.
We board the coach and we are on the final miles.....to our home away from home....SSR, hopefully we don't see any crocodiles!
We arrive at SSR and check in is quick, now it's time for find a bus and a place to sit.
We arrive at MK and stare down Main St. and it's amazingly clear, we are WDW, we're finally here!
I end this with a message to all....Happy Holidays to all and safe travels to everyone arriving at the World this weekend! Have a wonderful Disney vacation and to all.... and,well.....let's face it, everyone leaving tomorrow is too excited to sleep!!
