and make to check it again and send my records to DVC now

Do you have such kind of troble? If you know,
Please advise to me the solution,Please.

Yamaguchi,

It has been reported here on a few occasions that MS had made errors on people's accounts - it IS possible.

Since you have the huge time difference, and calling them is very difficult - you could send them an email and explain the discrepancy. They should respond to you within a day or two.

Good Luck!

I agree with Beth's suggestion - e-mail DVC and ask them!

I have sent them e-mails on a few occasions and they have always been most helpful with their replies. They should be only too pleased to check things for you.

Here is a link to free software to help you out, and check your records. Beware that sometimes the downloading doesn't work properly, but give it a try anyway.

Kiochi,

No need to thank me, Dave Fredrick wrote the program, I just help him out with writing the annual point schedules as it is becoming a larger job every year. In any case, I would urge you to save that link, and check back every so often for new, updated point schedules. We recently finished the work on the 2003 schedules for the Disney (Non-DVC) resorts that have yet to be posted on the site.

I find it invaluable in keeping track of points, and enjoy planning with it.

Enjoy !

My problem comes to a satisfactory solution!

Thank you very much for your advice!

Good for you Yamaguchi....glad you worked it out.
I had a pen pal in high school (1980)
Tokako Ohata, Naka-chou U****su Noto-machi Fungeshi-gun....Ishi Kawa-ken Japan
...I kept all of her letters and very much enjoyed her friendship via the mail. I do love the world wide web but fear that the gift of holding a written letter received from halfway across the world is something that children of this generation just won't understand. Good luck with your WDW planning!

Glad it worked out for you. I have not had any problems or errors since joining in '94 and I am constantly banking, borrowing and changing ressies. MS normally does a great job.:)

Does anyone have another link to the DVC points manager program listed in this thread. I cannot get the download link to work. AOL reports file not found.

Thanx

As I mentioned earlier, we just finished work on the 2003 point schedules. Dave was going to check them, then post them. He may be doing this right now. I would suggest trying later today or tomarrow.
