I know that the cat. 3 and above (concierge) staterooms have 'data ports' in them - also known as unused phone jacks! :)

My question is, do they include the cost of logging onto the internet or do you still pay extra? Do they maybe at least include access from the internet cafe?

I doubt it. The Internet Cafe is run as a concession by a company called Digital Seas (<i>"The earth is mostly water... somebody has to wire it!"</i>™). There'd be no reason for them to offer this amenity unless DCL paid them for it.

No, the suites definitely do not include free internet access or free phone calls. You pay just like anyone else. :)
