Does anyone know or has ever gotten a great rate at these two places? I am needing three rooms and cannot afford to fork over 200 a night for a standard room or 700 + for a two bedroom suite. Has anyone stayed at the suites Marriott offers? And does the Marriott have balconies? What is the Peabody I heard someone mention? I want an upscale place but my budget will not allow for these prices per night for times three. I can do 130 to 175 a night each any recommendations? Thanks

I got a great rate at Gaylord Palms. They are having a Florida Discount special (at least they were last week). I got 2 nites atrium room with breakfast for $249.00 I thought this was an awesome rate. I than called back to add a nite and the quoted $272.00 for 1 nite extra! I told them I had the special and so she added the extra nite for $124.50 and gave us breakfast. We can't wait to stay there. Check their website for specials.

I called today and the lady there gave me a special rate of 212 for the emeral bay which she said was there nicest rooms with an atruim view so you may want to call back I did'nt see what dates you need. But I need three rooms for two nights and that's high for me anyways I was hoping for a touch better anything under two hundered would help my feelings anyways.LOL She also quoted me the st. augustine section with balcony rooms for 219.00 a night and they have a special room view called the flordia tradition view with an outside entrance to the room for 199 she said you could see the fireworks from epcot from these rooms. Maybe I should rethink my budget and bite it for 1300.00 for two nights that looks like the best I'm gonna get. It's that or the Hard Rock for 199.00 a night. Wait I did'nt check the Marrriott World Center yet.....let me get back to you on that.LOL

Again I would suggest Priceline. I, too, have a 4star taste with a 2 star pocket! :D On Priceline I can get Resort on 2star rates!

Check with www.biddingfortravel.com I got the MOWC for $65 a night May 2000. It's a great hotel and yes, we had a balcony. Gaylord Palms is the newest hotel being offered on Priceline.

PM me if you need any help.

I got the Marriott World Center on Priceline recently for $80. I thought it was a great value at that price.
