Contact info aboard ship?

We haven't received our docs yet, so this may be a dumb question... is there a contact number at which we can be reached onboard ship in an emergency? Not for work, but for the house/pet sitter, Moms, etc.

We leave Thursday. On page 21 of the Passport To Disney Wonder that you will receive with your docs there is a Ship Phone Number
''While onboard the Disney Wonder, all Guests can be contacted by calling 1-888-DCATSEA. Calls will be immediately transferred to the Guest's stateroom. Messages can be recorded via voice mail. Ship-to-shore telephone rates apply. Satellite calling rates can be significantly higher than traditional long distance''

I also copied down the Disney Cruise Line Reservations Center 1-800-511-1333.

Just be aware that "significantly higher" means something like $6.95 or $7.95 a minute!!!
