Weather Delayed Flights

Hello,

I was wondering if the day before's flight (ex: tuesday) is delayed or even cancelled due to bad weather, does this effect wednesday's flights? Will they be pushed back to accommodate the day before's delays?

Wednesday's flights will not be cancelled so the planes can be refilled with Tuesday's passengers.

Except -- When the airport re-opens, chances are there will be no planes there until the first incoming flights arrive. This may mean one or more Wednesday flights are cancelled even though the storm ended Tuesday.
