Hello everyone!

For those new to us, we are a group of people who are planning to participate in walking/running events throughout the year. For most of us, the ultimate goal is to train and compete in the annual WDW Half/Full marathons. We'll also be posting news and training for various other events throughout the year. We range from beginners to triathletes. Come join us, whether you're training for an event or walking/running for fitness!

New WISH Team members. If you read one thing over and over, believe this. Being part of this team is fantastic. Part of the ever to come here and just post up anything. You don't have to know us right away, or all of us at all. You will get to know some of us. It makes the event you are enjoying have MORE meaning and we love to have you.

Hey Everyone,

Getting in early this week.

No activity for me today. Did my 20 miler yesterday (20.5 is where I ended up) and 6 on Thursday. Yesterday was pretty tuff on me. The weather was not good at about 15 or so at the start and it felt like 8 or 9 I think the computer said. I should have stayed on the Treadmill, but I just had to get outside. One more 20 miler to go in two Fridays and then it's taper time.

Mel - I got my numbers and have read the Program and I'm so excited.

I thought I'd share my 18 miler photos. It was NOT 82 degrees.

Those specks are snow.
This was early in my steps about 8 miles or so this stuff kept up for the remainder of the time I was outside.

I was headed home and the coyote were out. I've got one in this pic. There was a second not too far away.

I got it done, but oh my I need to pick up the pace. I hope it was due to the mess I was trying to walk on out there. I managed to pick up a few blisters too. I wanted to take off my shoes and just make snow feet and snow angels as I iced down before I left, but I had to drive home and figured if I sat too long I would not get back up.

I need to do my 8 miles today and I am not that excited. I guess I'll do it this morning so I can just be done with it. It will be inside on the treadmill, cold out there and the roads are white with snow. I guess I'll just crank the tunes and go.

Best of luck to all with the long runs this week! We are really getting close! I got DH and I's waivers printed, our ME tags arrived this week, it is feeling more REAL!

Lily, you are hardcore! DH is out doing his 18 right now, but it's definitely not snowing.

I meant to post last night...the pace groups thread is up. If anyone would like someone to walk/run with during the races, check out the thread and see who's close to your pace.

I thought I was being bad with my training before - this week it just all fell apart. Mostly it was dealing with my girl's Nutcracker performance (which was yesterday - absolutely beautiful!), but a couple of other things also conspired to get me off the straight and narrow.

The plan calls for 8 miles today, but I've made a command decision to do last week's skipped 4-miler today, and do the 8 next week in place of the 6 that's on the schedule then. This will still have me on track for the 10-miler the weekend of the 20th. I am also bound and determined to get my short runs in as well for the next 3 weeks.

Thanks for listening - I'm so glad to have this team on my side. Training was so much easier in the summer when there wasn't so much else going on in my life!

Kira: Hang in there!! Try to get back on your schedule and things will work out.

Lily: OMG!!! You are dedicated!! You do get the award. I can't believe your eyebrows have icicles on them!! I thought walking in the rain was bad.:thumbsup2 You go girlfriend! I think the coyotes would've made me go faster, kinda like when I see the racoons at my park near the Everglades.

AFM: I did my 12 miles today. Not too bad, but did start getting tight around mile 10. I sat in the pool for my 15 min ice bath. Pool temp is at about 70 degrees and saves the filling up the tub. Enjoying my post race McArther Dairy Lowfat Chocholate Mile - yummmmmm and tasty!

Good job!

I agree!

I thought I was dedicated by going out in the cold yesterday. If we get that much snow in Atlanta we just "shut down" :lmao:

Of course I just booked a weekend in Cleveland in Jan a few weeks after the Disney Half. Guess training will be on the Marriott treadmill!;)

Kira, sounds like you have a plan. Do we get photos of the Nutcracker?

I am Christmas shopping this afternoon! More Cross Training!:rotfl2:

Have a great week everyone!

I did my 8 miles today in 98 minutes. This is the furthest I've ever gone. I feel good!

I used Sport Beans today for the first time. I don't know if they really helped or if it was more a mental thing. I am a Run/Walker but today I ran a lot more than usual.

I walked the first 10th of a mile, ran 2 miles, walked a tenth, ran a mile, walked a tenth, ran a mile and so on. I was able to keep it up the whole time and it shocked me! I was pretty happy with the run today and for being able to push the running part longer than I usually do.

Congrats to you Allyson!! It is a great feeling when things come together and you feel the results of some good training.

As a reminder, try to get those miles in, if you miss just keep going but don't try to make up for anything missed, don't skip ahead with miles. It is better to show up a bit undertrained than to show up overtrained and hurt, suffering or injured!!

I know this was posted one time before, but it is so funny I wanted to post it again....

Allyson Great job! Sounds like your training is going well.

Kira Hang in there and don;t worry about shifting things around or missing the occasional run. You will definitely make it. I'm chagning things up myself a little to try and keep my knee in some kind of shape to run. I'm not worried. I know that when I trained for Minnie, I had the same kind of thing happen and it all worked out fine.

Lily You definitely have me beat! I thought about doing my LR yesterday, instead of today, but it never did let up with light snow all day. I don't mind being out, but only if the footing and visibility is decent. Thought I'd go out today, but with roads still covered and wind chill at zero, I made an executive decision to run my 9 miles indoors.

Did 9 miles at the gym. Cranked the treadmill up a 1/2% and ran a little slower than I do my weekday runs. Decided to break it into 3 3-mile runs with short walk break in between to fuel. Worked well. I felt pretty good--no pain! Finished my 9 miles in 84 minutes, with a littl burst of speed at the end. I gotta tell you, it felt great! Not an outdoor run, which is always harder, but still I have begun to dread the long runs--never knowing how I would feel.

Anyway, I earned my chocolate milk, pepper steak and cheese and football!

Thanks everybody! I did my 4 miles today and felt good. I did it on the treadmill because I'm not as hardy as Lily - there isn't much snow on the ground, but the wind was really icy.

I'll upload some Nutcracker pictures today or tomorrow and post them here (or if you're on Facebook you can check out my new album). I forgot my camera at the dress rehearsal, so the only photos I have are backstage ones, but the girls look pretty darn cute!

I gotta say I don't feel as hard core as you all give me credit for being. I think more brain dead. Today I spent a good amount of time shoveling snow while my menfolk finished our indoor repair/painting project. I must say I am quite sore right now and looking to crawl into bed. It will be a long day tomorrow.

Our Honolulu Marathon Clinic had our last talk of the year. Doc Scaff covered tapering, nutrition, race day preparation, the finish line, and the recovery week after.

I estimate 250 people (not all shown in photo) showed up, many who were not regulars throughout the year.

Way to go on your miles everyone!

Wow - everyone is doing good getting in their miles. Lily - wow - that I some weather to be doing 18 miles in. I was a chicken today and decided to do my 16 inside on the TM. Its not like it was even cold here today - it was in the 60s when I started - had the windows open so it felt like outside.

The Marathon of the Palm Beaches was run today and I wanted to see the results (little did I know until after it was over - another station was playing the whole thing!!!) I also had a DVD that I needed to get finished - what other better way to finish watching it!! LOL Anyway I got my 16 done (furthest distance for me so far) I didn't do it in a time that I am happy with but for some reason I am WAY slower on the TM then outside yet wierdly I prefer to train on the TM. When I was done all I could think about was - man I am going to have to do that and 10 more in 5 weeks. YIKES

Tricia: It was very nice out yesterday just south of you. I got my 12 in yeterday with the overcast clouds and slight fog!! I just can't get on the TM, I also go so much slower on it that outside.

Lily: I hope you timed your outside shoveling so you can put that on the Warriors team!!! You go girl getting out in that cold and snow!!

My Uncle who was released from the hospital the Saturday after Thanksgiving was sent by paramedics back to the hospital last night. He was in alot of pain. (he really should not have been released at all, even the insurance company felt so) So, its a wait and see kinda thing to fins out what is causing the pain and where to go from here.

Everyone have a good Monday!!

Just a quick pop-in (A merry pop-in?:rolleyes1 ) for me. Happy Monday all. While trolling through the stations yesterday looking fof football, I found that FSN was showing a tape of the San Antonio Half/Marathon! So while I watched local man/woman win the half (Yeah Brian Sell & Melissa White), I was looking for signs of WISH green. Every so often when they did crowd shots, I thought I caught a flash, but no up close shots.

Anyway, last week of work for me before I'm done for the year, so needless to say, I'm happy (or was that merry?)

Happy Monday everyone! I finally made it out on my long overdue 8 miler Saturday. It really wasn't that cold but the wind chill was insane! I definitely need to look into getting a pair of fleece or windpants - the tights weren't keeping my legs warm enough. I think the sports beans in my pocket froze - they were hard and bubblegum like!! :rotfl: My knee held up but I didn't want to push it and ran at a slower pace. I slept in on Sunday and missed my short run so I'm going to try and make it up for it tomorrow morning. Tonight I'm off to the gym for my weekly training session!

Lily - Fantastic pictures! We just had a big dumping of snow here yesterday and this morning. I can't help but think that it may have something to do with my returning my Yaktrax on Saturday :D

Tracey - The pool sounds nice. I could have used one on Saturday :) I really should start them but am usually too lazy. Sending some PD :wizard: for your uncle.

Allyson - WTG on the 8 miles!!

Maura - I sort of feel the same way about long runs - more so because they are starting to take up more and more time. Part of me wishes I could run faster so they wouldn't take as long. Oh well... How's your knee doing? Did you get into see a PT yet?

Ok, that's all for now! Have a great day everyone!

Good Day everyone!

SIL got in our 10 miler last night. My feet were acting up! Stupid toes kept trying to go numb and even after we were done, my toe next to my big toe hurt for a couple of hours! It was COLD, and my face looks little wind burned today, but we got in it. Avg pace was 15:22 and our fastest mile was mile 8 at exactly 15:00. I would like to be a little faster, but it's less than 16 mpm, so I'll take it!

Lilly...Way to go girl! I thought it was cold here last night, but apparently not as cold as what you are training in!

Keep it up guys and gals!!!

Lily - Your weather looks like ours... but I stayed indoors. They don't clear our trails as they are used for snowmobiles. So my only option are icy sidewalks and slushy roads. I can't do that as I am not graceful and prone to wiping out!!

Today I did 5 miles on the TM. I am getting a slow start as with all my personal issues I really didn't think I would make it. But now this is my true test of dedication and strength.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. For those who don't know, this is my uncle who I stayed with out in CA before the DL 1/2. He was diagnosed about 2 1/2 months ago with Bile Duct Cancer of the Liver. They decided to try to get the bile levels lower and places drains. He then started having pains and then the kidney were acting up and they placed more drains. He then contracted a MRSA type infection. So, things got a bit better with things and he started getting nutrition through a tube. He was sent home to get better. (this was not a good idea as he needed two men neighbors to help him walk from the car to the house-he passed out once, and to help him upstairs to the bedroom.) He was supposed to try and get stronger and eat better, etc. He started having extreme pain Sat night Sun Morning so they called 911 and they took him to a local hospital. They are trying to find out what is causing him this pain. He has told my Aunt that unless the Doctors can give him a good long term prognosis that he doesn't want to do any kind of chemo or radiation therapy. The doctors have also told him the the resection of the liver after the bile levels get normal cannot be done unless he pretty much has the strenght to do a marathon. He is NO WHERE near that strong enough. So, we just have to wait and see what the doctors are thinking and then let him decide.

Sorry for the off the "racing" topic, but wanted to get people up to date as to whats going on.

Thanks again for all the well wishes,
Tracy

Okay, so I just came in from a walk with DH and the dog--we didn't even make it around the block. Too windy. Then I log on here and see TigerLily getting it done. I am so ashamed! :sad2:

My back still hurts on and off. Not as much on the days I remember to take aleve (naproxen sodium, I think), more on days I do too much. I was going to do 8 miles, but I am thinking (especially after the caution from Tracey about overtraining) I'll be better served by spending a couple days doing some serious stretching and core work and then doing the walk a little later this week. I don't want to be in the bad bad spot of not being able to walk on race day!

Any suggestions are more than welcome!

I am so impressed to all that are getting their miles in. Tracey, thinking good thoughts for your uncle.

It's great to hear how everyone is doing. We're in the home stretch now. I can't believe I began this journey almost one year ago!

I got in my steps today. :cool1: I had to do it in the morning before it warmed up, so it was back to the treadmill at the gym for me (I am such a wimp about cold weather!). I am going to take on getting some core work done tomorrow - that always helps so much when I keep up with it.

We'll be in WDW in one month. I'm really letting myself get excited now!

Tracy, prayers for your uncle.

Duckie, do you do any type of Pilates? I'd stick with that for a bit and slow down on the running/walking/wogging. Hope whatever it is giving you trouble eases up soon.

We leave for WDW on Thursday, back home Tuesday. I'm taking w/o gear and plan on a couple of warm weather stepping days! It's definitely going to be warmer than here, although today was in 40s and rainy. All that snow is gone. We get to start over.

Happy Wednesday, all! Today is our Christmas potluck lunch in my work area. Although we have fewer people than we had a while ago (of course, if we go bankrupt, there'll be noone left!). I made Caribbean shrimp with fresh pineapple salsa along with mini bacon potato frttatas. New recipes, but from my tasting, they seemed pretty good.

I did 4.5 miles today and it's my 3rd consecutive run with no pain. So maybe the PT is working!

I think I may have found my next race after Disney. A little untraditional....the Detroit Climb. 70 floors up the RenCen. The guy who won was insanely fast. The results showed that he finished in something like 6:30 minutes!!! Anyway, I think it would be cool. It's a fundraiser for American Lung Association in March--and it's indoors, so great!

Gotta go. Conference call with India.....

Also, hi to Angietuck.....still out there? How's the marathon training going?

The store where I can get the lube is not close by so I can't get there till tonight. So tomorrow will be just a 3-4 miler for me. This weekend the long run is I think 6? Next week is the 10 and then it tapers.

Good Morning Everyone!

Got up and did a short run this morning. I have now run in the rain! Got about a mile from home and it started raining. Wasn't too bad since it's actually VERY warm here. After running at the same time Saturday at 28 degrees today it was 61 degrees!

Maura, Hope things work out for you. I would love to replace my Saab (that's OWNED by GM and made on the Malibu frame I think) but no new cars for me right now. I "want" a new car, but "need" is a completely different matter. Mine runs fine and isn't that old (7 years, 70,000 miles) SO...while I know you need the business, I guess I have to be finanically responsible and hold off! LOL!

Duckie, Hope your back is better.

It's going to rain all day today, this is one of the disadvantages of working at home. It's perfect nap weather.....:)

Have a good day!

Did my 18-miler this weekend. Looked a lot like Liy. I agree LIly, not tough, just brain dead. ;-) Here are the details if you have nothing better to do:

The 18-miler was tough, to put it mildly, but it was teh best we've ever felt for one. Not, that is not sayign much, as we have only completed 1 out of 3. It was an 8.5 mile loop adn we decided to run parking lots on teh first loop so we would not have to run extra on teh second loop. The first loop was not too bad. Added a mile by running parking lots pretty easily, so teh second loop would jsut be the regular 8.5 mile loop. However, the whole time I was dreading doing teh loop again. At about mile 6, it got bad. The wind was horrible adn somehow we had not brought anythign for our faces. The weather had been pretty mild this year, ,so we just flaked out on that aspect. At one point, I wanted to crawl into a toy boat in a play area just to get out of the wind. Then, I gave up. Told myself we'd do the other 8.5 miles Sunday indoors. Just no way I could do teh loop again. Teh wind and cold were brutal. It was 18 when we started and 25 about an hour post run. Very cold, but had been ok until the wind hit. The wind was a good 1.5 mile stretch. After that, we got some tree block again. About a half mile before th car (end of loop 1) I remebered I had a hat that's just a cylinder with an elastic bad at teh top. It's so you can open the top and make it a headband, but I decided that around my neck and face would be ok. Scott had a head band and maybe we could be ok. The thought of stopping without even doing 10 hurt, but knowing you had to go the whole loop again was hard. So, by some miracle, when we got back to the truck, we grabbed more supplies, changed out water bottles and headed out again.

Oh, drinking slush when you're frozen is no fun either. The loop starts with teh 1.5 mile area where it's never plowed. Oh, they had abotu 1.5 inches over night too, so the rest wasn't clear either. Anything over 10 miles in yak trax is tough. We really needed tehm, though. Second loop was better than expected. Once we got out of the never plowed area, I though we'd make it. WIth about 4 or 5 miles to go, I was beat, but I knew we'd make it. The wind was not as bad at the windy area and the hat on my neck and face helped lots. Unfortunately, pulling that up fogged my glasses. ALways something.

FInally, we got to the last awful hill. It's over a half mile adn the first part is incredibly steep. (It's so bad that even my parents who may have walked it one, knew what we were talking abotu) Awful. Plus, teh salt had melted some snow at the bottom, but it was so cold, that was freeing. It was half frozen slush over ice. Ugh. One step forward, slide halfway back. FInally made it up the worst part and were almost doen with the less steep area when teh plow came. Ugh, 2.5 miles to go and it comes. Even worse is the fact taht yak tracks without the snow cushion are hard on teh feet. That's ok, lesss than a 5k to go. We were going to finish the dreaded 18-miler. Then, with 1-mile to go, the plow came back. When the plow came, we had to get off the path into the 1-1.5 feet on teh side of teh path. Stopping with 1 mile to go and standing in the cold hurt bad. We oculd nto get our legs loosened up again adn it was one of the longest miles of my life. It hurt. We finished, though. There is just no glory in an 18-miler. 20 at lest sounds sexy. 18? Nada. From what we learned teh first year trianing, though, we put in the effort fro what would have been at least 21.5 under normal conditions. We shoudl be ok. Not looking froward to 20, though. Either drive acorss teh atate to teh 8.5 path from hell (did I mention this si incredibly hilly?) or indorrs rotating btwn TM adn indoor track. Ugh. Sounds liek ATL is not an option this year.

Tracy - :wizard: for your uncle!

Maura - Scott and I forgot to watch San Antonio, but my parents taped it. I'll let you know if we were some of teh dots of yellow. ;)

Hey WISH team! I haven't had a chance to read to the whole thread yet, just wanted to pop in and say hi! I got my 17 miler in last weekend and am going for 20 this weekend. Then I will start my taper. My training is a bit nontraditional due to medical reasons in november slowed down my training. My only real goal is to feel good after (and during!) the goofy. I leave in 29 days woohoo!

Happy training everyone!

The Honolulu Marathon EXPO was a bit disappointing compared to years past. Not as many vendors, and no freebies being handed out. GU had free samples, but you had to squirt some out onto a spoon, not packets. Most of the vendors were geared towards the Japanese participants.

The TOP OF WAIKIKI restaurant was the best of the vendors. They were giving out unlimited samples of crab cakes, two different pastas, bread with seafood spread, and Plantation Ice Tea. The server thought my girls were cute, so she told them eat as much as you want until your full. Boy did my girls chow down.

The Runningskirts sisters, Christy and Cindy were there. They said they may not be at the Disney Marathon Weekend, but will be at the Princess Half Marathon weekend.

Inspiring story, but 160 miles, that's CRAZY!

Could this be a relative of Wendy Sibley? Same last name.

Sad news in today's Honolulu Advertiser.

Gladys' the Gladiator (90), lost her husband Gene on Wednesday night. She is still going to do the race with her family, but with a heavy heart.

I met her in 2006 at the EXPO, and she is a joy to meet. My condolences to Gladys and her family.

Jeff - I wasn't out shopping, I was out running. ;)

Ran my 10 miler today. Really pleased with my pace - 10:52. Last time I did this program I ran the 10 miler at a pace of 10:56 so I'm a happy camper! :woohoo:

Came home and took an ice bath, wow those are just plain torture! My right calf is sooo tight right now! I can barely walk down the stairs! I haven't had that problem before... Any advice?

So for the week I did 21 miles and my average pace was 10:47. Good week for me. :)

Another busy weekend ahead of us - DD has a swim meet tomorrow that I'm working, then both girls are going to a gymnastics night out (hoping to finish up my shopping) and then Saturday it is run and off to my parents for a Christmas party. At some point I'll need to bake... :confused3 Hope everyone has a nice weekend, even if you're busy! :grouphug:

Jeff - Good luck this weekend!

Shan - Wow, awesome pace! I hope to see you guys before the half. Did you see the new donald medal in the marathon email newsletter? Pretty cool!

I got out today for 8 with a 10:49 pace. I had to really push myself. This is my only attempt at a back to back before goofy (I am too afraid of injury). I was out at 3pm today and am doing my 20 miler at 6am on sunday. Close enough for a back to back in my mind. I wanted to push myself so I would have tired legs on sunday and get my body ready for the goofy. Ok, just saying that out loud sounds crazy. ;) I know y'all understand!

We have my DD's second gymnastics meet tomorrow bright and early. Have a great weekend all!

Well, for some reason everytime I tried to post earlier today it 'crashed' SO....

I have a five miler tomorrow... I just checked the weather... 28 degrees again! I want to move to Hawaii where you are and it's WARM.

Borrowed Randy's little "fanny pack" (it's smaller then that, but...) I am going to try it tomorrow with the camera in it (guess I better go find the camera)

Good luck Jeff!

Becky... Personally I admire anyone doing the Goofy. That's not happening here. I am taking my Mickey and I am going to be very happy!

Len, Sounds like a good run. My calfs are my problem children. Did you wear heels anytime over the last few days? That always makes mine worse. Your basic calf streches seem to help me. But mine are ALWAYS painful after a long run!

Thanks Carole & Shan.

I don't see any luck in running. Either your trained for the race, or your not.

So I always tell my teammates, "have a great run!" :thumbsup2

Hi everyone!

I have been MIA for a long time. Its just hard to get excited about training when life has sent a couple dozen curve balls at you. Well, a couple of them where just fastballs....

I am going to need all the help I can get to finish the marathon this year. My training is completely derailed thanks to a bout of bronchitis and also sinusitis that won't go away. Plus, dh has been away at school so I have been a single mom (wow hats off to you real single moms) Add all the traveling to see my Dad and attending to details with his death and you have a recipe for disaster at WDW!

So, in the middle of my panic, DH returns home from England. He brought me a neat little trinket that made him think of me: its a diecast model of an English phone booth. For those of you that have run the marathon or read any of my reports on my two Disney marathons, you know how exciting it is to spot the English phone booth at mile 24.5 (give or take) I will try to post a picture later.

Anyway, I am hanging out in here for moral support as I try to salvage my training with 3 weeks to train.

Tracy - Sorry to hear about your uncle. I will keep him in my prayers.
Jeff- GOOD LUCK!! I hope conditions are perfect and that you have a lot of fun!

Cecilia - :grouphug: That's a lot of curveballs AND fastballs! I was feeling sorry for myself - I've been sidelined with some respiratory ailment (doctor now thinks it may have been walking pneumonia) and haven't run since Thanksgiving. I'm about to get on the TM and try as many miles as my body will handle, since he told me not to run outdoors for a few more days. I feel your pain with trying to salvage the training, though. But I can't imagine piling all the other stuff on top!

Jeff - Have a great run! There's no doubt in our minds that you're trained for it!

Guess I need to get off here and on the TM - putting it off is not going to make it go away! DH and DD are out of town for the ENTIRE weekend, so it's just Mystic and me. :cool1: And one of the drugs the doctor gave me was prednisone, so I have unbelievable amounts of energy. I warned the family that I may clean the house from top to bottom while they're away - DD told me to stay out of her room!

Cecilia, I somehow missed the news on your dad. So sorry! Hang in there. Remember it's the Disney marathon. It's more about the "fun" then the time so take it easy on yourself. Enjoy the journey! Your times in the past show that you have a nice pad so just take it nice and easy. Stop and say Hi to Mickey and his friends! You will be fine! Your time at Zooma was good!

Jeff, Good luck!

Jackie, I have done the predisone. It gave me lots of energy, but since it also didn't let me sleep it was not a good combo! LOL!

My Galloway Group did 5.5 today including what they call the Magic Mile. You are suppose to run a mile a your best speed without the walk breaks. I am not sure I gave it everything I had, I figured we still had 3 miles to go AFTER that, but I did pretty well. Did it in 9:40. (Those speedy people can quit laughing LOL!) However, next week there is NO one from my group present so for the 9.5 mile run I am going to move up to the faster group. (I think I am crazy!)

Have a good weekend everyone. Off to deal with my Girl Scouts!

Carol - I'm waiting for the no sleep to hit. Fortunately the cough syrup that he prescribed is really good at helping me sleep, so I'm hoping it will offset the damage from the prednisone!
I just checked my Magic Mile time from this season - it was 9:45, so I'm not laughing! My log also noted that the next couple of miles were the longest ever...

Just finished 10+ on the TM. Longest run I've ever done inside, but the good news is I got 'er done! And I still feel like I had something left, but didn't see any need to push too much since I haven't run in a couple of weeks. I'm doing 20 next Saturday with Jeanne and Wendy, and that will have to be it for the serious training. From there I have to trust that the WISH team will get me through 26 on the 11th!
