Capri Pants For Dinner On 3 Day Wonder

Has any one seen or been wearing capri pants to dinner?

I wore capri pants every night on the Magic except for formal and semi-formal night.

Can you all help me out a bit? I am not sailing until January but thought I might be able to pick up something formal on sale.

Are we talking long dress with seaquins (sp?) for the formal? Does informal mean short?

I wore capris evey night to dinner and saw a lot of other people also wearing them.

I just got off of the 3 day Wonder. I found that I brought along too many casual clothes. People REALLY dressed up for Tritons. There were more people very dressed up, than there were not very dressed up. I regretted not bringing something fancier... so did my family.

Piper G-if you are sailing on the 7 night, a long formal would not look out of place. We sailed in January, and saw everything from church dresses to ball gowns on formal night. People on our cruise were much less dressed on the 2nd formal night.

On the 4 day wonder cruise I just returned from there was a family of 5 who were dining by us at Tritons and they all were there in shorts, not nice shorts either but more like cut off jeans...they were the only ones who looked out of place there...Lots of others had on everyhing from suits to capris there...
