It is Friday evening in CA and I am starting to write out the performance reviews for my staff to close out 2008. Using the “Effective Phrases for Performance Appraisals" book, they list the usual, dedicated, effective, concise, reliable, trustworthy, helpful, friendly courteous kind…..wait that was the Boy Scouts.
What adjectives have you used or have been used to describe you? Extra points for ones I can actually use for my staff.
For example “unique” can mean many different thing positive and negative.
Looking forward to your help and creativity.

Ha! I think anyone who has written a review has the book. I think I have 3.
Our latest buzz phrase is meeting/achieves/exceeds expectations.
Have fun!

Kevin,
What have they used to describe you? Humor is definitely welcome on this Friday night.

There's this thing on Facebook where you take a test which matches up descriptors starting with the letters of your name. Mine were...
Sexy
Important
Moral
Outspoken
Nocturnal
I think every one of those describes the way I feel about myself, minus sexy. You might just want to give it a try to see what it comes up with. :)

Ummm, I prefer "focused, goal-oriented, imaginative, energetic" and about that "at times" comment....I beg to differ. I am very "consistent and reliable" in that aspect.:cool1:
