Can I modify a PIN ressie?

We received the 5 night/$500 gift card pin, and we made a ressie for May 25-30 at CSR. After some thought, we would rather be at a value and save that money instead of being at a moderate. Can we change our ressie to a value or would we lose our pin offer?

Call and see if any value rooms are available with the pin offer. Did the pin have an expiration date on it? I would call asap and ask as soon as I could.

exactly - the front line CM will not be able to modify it without going to guest services for assistance. Some CMs will know to do that right away, otherwise you may have to ask them to check.
