a deal that could result in an add on

My husband and I have a condo we've been renting out for about 5 years. We're ready to sell and my husband just made a deal with me. If I do all the leg work on the sale, I can use the profit from the sale towards additional points! This was a pretty good deal to me, but now an even better one now that I've looked into the "asking price" for such a property. :D Now my husband wants to know if I'd really use ALL of the profits for an add-on. ;)

I'm trying not to "count my chickens..." but I can't help picturing us in a GV with my sister and her family. :)
