Going to the Rose Bowl!

hello!
I have never been to California...I live in upstate NY. My boyfriend attends Penn State and is in his 5th and final year for his first 4 years he played in the Blue Band. Anywayssss his parents decided to take us all out for the Rose Bowl...we will be there Dec 29th-jan 2nd and have tickets to the parade! We are staying at a Sheraton in Sana Monica(sp?) I believe and will have transfers with the package and no car so let me know whats doable and how easy it is to just get around by cab!?! Thanks we really have noooo plans apart from the parade and the game and just wondering what we could do! Thanks!

#10 would get you to Union Station downtown and from there you could take Amtrak/Metrolink to Anaheim station, and taxi or ART from there to DL.

#3 would get you to LAX and from there you could take a SuperShuttle or Disneyland Express to DL.

You could get to Universal Studios and Universal Citywalk via the Metro Red Line subway from either Hollywood or downtown L.A.
