I know that we all have our favourites, but does anyone know which is Disney's most popular resort? The one that sells out fastest and has the most return visitors?! Just curious!

It's not a Disney resort, but the resort on property with the highest occupancy rate and sells out quickest is Shades of Green.

Thanks. Do you know which one of the 'Disney' resorts is most popular?

Probably info that Disney neither wants or needs to divulge.

not sure what the most popular resort is, but the Polynesian has the highest percentage of return visitors for all the resorts.

I also was going to say All Star Movies. It seems that I am always reading posts here about people trying to book it! :) It must have a very high occupancy rate!

As a travel agent I can tell you the resorts booked the most are
the All Stars, we also get alot of inquiries about the AKL And WL.
After the All Stars, I would say all the moderates would come in
next.

As of last summer the Polynesian had the most repeat guests and was the number one honeymoon destination out of the WDW resorts. This info came from WDW administration.

Logic would dictate the All-Stars as it has the lowest priced and largest number of rooms by far over any other resort. It allows both those on a tight budget and those who simply don't want to shell out the bigger bucks for the other resorts to have quality rooms and stay on site.

AS Movies always seems to be a tough ressie to get, even during the slowest seasons. When promotional rates for AS come out, Movies is sometimes at a higher rate. Face it, WDW would not even have considered building another 5000 units in Pop Century unless AllStars was doing *really* well.
Although the current deluxe resorts seem to be doing all right, I suspect that none of them even come close to being full during slow seasons. And there don't seem to be any new deluxe resorts coming soon. Value and DVC resorts are where the action is right now.

We have never had problems getting any resorts, except the All Star Movies.
