?? Limit on points can trade and rent

Hi,

I read somewhere that there was a limit on the amount of times someone could trade or rent points within a year. Also there was a limit on the amount of points someone could receive on a trade in a year. I am very confused to the process and am looking to find out how it works. Please help.

The only "limitations" in DVC are that transfers may be done only once per year and transactions are "limited" to the number of points available in the account.

There are no restrictions on how many reservations may be made using points.
