What Cricut carts did you get on BF?

I was @ Walmart for all the sales (not Cricut stuff). I bumped into the cricut area & found some neat ones. But, I still had more shopping to do at Michaels & ACMoore. Went to Michaels & they had a bunch of cartridges, only a few styles & nothing I was crazy about. The were out on the floor, not locked up. I looked in the locked cabinet & they had a bunch more styles. They had a really neat one for school w/ sayings etc. I was gonna get it & then I noticed hiding behind a bunch of others the faeire box. Could it be? It was the "tink & faeries" cartridge (not sure the name). I was so excited. Headed over to AC Moore, but they didn't have anything I wanted (I did pick up their adhesive special $5 & their 3-D sticker special $10). So, today went to wAlmart & pciked up the two I really liked there: Storybook is even better then I could see on the box. I recommend it for anyone whose ever been to Disney. So much I'll be able to do with it. And then I got "Sans Serif" cart. Its basically grade school print. So, I'll be able to make alphabet books for DS, etc. I've never seen them packaged that way before. It comes in a plastic casing & no book, just a pamphlet. I really wanted the cars one, but no one had them. So, what did you all pick up?

I just picked up one tonight from Michael's- they were still 29.99!! I got Opposites Attract. It looks pretty good- they had about 20 different kinds and all the Disney ones.

I'm sorry you were not at my Michael's. They had a bunch of the Tinkerbelle, Cars, Pooh, Mickey, Princesses, etc. The more experienced Cricut ladies said there were new ones they had never seen before.
I bought my Cricut BF and did not get to "pre-browse' cartridges, so I just grabbed a few....I got Beyond Birthdays, Mickey and Friends, and Stretch Your Imagination. Right now, I am just excited to have my Cricut, so I am happy with the included Don Juan cart!

Mine had 2 cartridges I hadn't heard of! A Calligraphy cartridge and an All Sports Cartridge! So I picked up those two and Tinkerbell! :yay: Oh and the one I was supposed to be getting for my SIL. :rolleyes1

DH went on Thanksgiving and got me Cars. He also went to HL tonight and got a raincheck for Graphically Speaking (I looked everywhere for that one this weekend!!). I have the 2 Sesame Street ones on pre-order, so I'm excited for them to get here, too!

I had no intention of going to Michaels. My sister lives literally across the street from one, and we went over there Thanksgiving evening. I got a Tinkerbell cart. and a jukebox. I didnt know they even had a Tink one!! I guess I should have gotten a second jukebox but that can really wait. This was money I was going to use at WDW next weekend, but my guy friend (not BF.... yet) hurt his back (but I have 2 other trips coming up so all is good!)

The other thing is that I ended up going back twice on Friday.... :rotfl:

I got Celebrations, Doodlecharms, and Fabulous Finds. Also got a 2nd jukebox. I am putting together what I need to do for about 7 vacations (haven't even started the 6 Disney trips) so I am pulling things together and will then probably spend a weekend cutting. After Mousefest, of course.

i got calligraphy, sports mania, cars, mini monograms and tinker bell.
DH and my father told me they would buy some carts for my birthday!!!
so much easier to shop for birthday presents i actually want.
still not sure if i will keep calligraphy (havent opened it yet) the font seems to skinny to me - i am not comfortable with skinny
and not to sure about sports mania (still in the box) but i figured DS's will get into sports sometime.
I REALLY wanted wild card, hello kitty or sesame street -
guess i will have to send my dad out to hobby lobby for a cart finding mission.

Have you looked at Custom Crops? I saw earlier this week they had the 12x12 mats on sale for 5.99. I think the others you mentioned might be on sale as well.

I was bad. I ordered 2 carts from Custom Crops the other day. The carts were only 29.99. I got JOTS and Stamped. I also ordered the jukebox because it was only 39.99 and the whole thing had free shipping.

i got the one that is just the face. i really wanted the one with the bee suit on, but i thought i'd use this one more.
i actually bought hello kitty sleeping bags for gifts and i'm going to make a card to go with it using this. hope it comes out good. i cut one out just to see and i love it! i don't get to do use girly things that often so when i do i take advantage of it!
