It takes about 3 hours to drive from the tunnel to DLP.
the tolls are about €19.
You get free parking at the hotels
we really like driving there - we find it so much easier

we have driven there about 5 or 6 times I think. We find it easier to not have to think about packing cases etc and means we have loads of space to bring things back.

We drive there too, I've done the drive 3 times this year with no problems. The route we take has just one toll for 19.50E and the drive from the tunnel to DLRP takes just under 3 hours when the roads aren't busy and we don't have loo stops! I find the drive very easy as it is all motorways.

Ditto :)
Driving on French motorways is much easier than on UK motorways :)
