Not sure if this is where this goes, but it can be moved if needed. Beware if you order from justforfeet.com. There system apparently doesn't keep track of inventory very well and even though it is online, doesn't mean you will receive it. They will just cancel the order and send you an email, not even the courtesy of a phone call. No rainchecks, no waiting for a new shipment or anything. Nothing but thank you and order again. My advice, find the location of the stores and call them or just buy them in person somewhere. It is not worth the aggrevation. Just my .02 worth.

too bad you had such a bad experience. i ordered mine for $21 bucks including shipping, and they arrived 4 days later.

When 3 of my orders were cancelled, the person at customer service told me that they don't have a central warehouse, but ship out of their regular stores. The stores see an order is placed online, and if they have that item, they ship it out, unless it sells out before they can ship it. I really don't think the stores have too much of an incentive to follow up. It doesn't seem like a very organized way to run a business.:(

In the mean time, I'm still searching for another pair on sale.:D

Ordered a pair of Straprunners about a month ago online. When I tried to look at the status of the order no. online - I kept getting this error message that it wasn't a correct order no. even though I printed out & was looking at the confirmation, etc. When I called, the order had been shipped & I rec'd the sandals a day or so later. Just thought that was a little odd.

That happened to me too! Also, the one order that I actually received, they told me was cancelled!:rolleyes: Then they said, "Oh, wait a minute, I have a tracking number." Sure enough, even though it showed up as cancelled on their screen, I received the pair about 3 days later. Go figure!:confused:

I had no problems when I ordered my Straprunners a few months ago...
