I've been waiting what feels like forever for my spg account to be credited with points I've earned lately. one for signing up for at&t online. When do they usually credit. Someone said something about the 10th. But I just checked and no change. Any thoughts?

I don't know about crediting points for AT&T. I know that the points earned with our Starwood AMEX card are posted within a day or two of the closing date on the bill. They are also posted very quickly after a stay at a Starwood hotel.

don't hold your breath with AT&T points. I signed up for that promotion last NOV. I just got them a month ago. I emailed Starwood I called and they said I had to call AT&T to get them to post the points, I was credited with 4000 points for my problems. and you get points every month also for your AT&T usage. I called AT&T's # listed on the monthly emailed statement that you signed up to get.

My Starwood points are also posted to my account very quickly - usually before I get my Starwood Am Ex bill! The points for my recent Dolphin stay and those I was due for booking another Starwood hotel on-line were also posted very quickly. Perhaps you could email Starwood to inquire about the status of your AT&T points...:confused:

I'd call and ask. Mine are ont he 10th...because my bill's closing date is the 9th. If at the end of your newest cycle, you don't see anything...I'd call and get some "free points" for your trouble. Good luck!

Ok everyone I called starwood and the points are processing today they said I should see them soon. I called ATT and got a wonderfull lady who looked me up and gave me 3000 points for the delay. WOOHOO! All set. Thankyou everyone.

OK, I get AT&T points too. Rather right now I have them going against my phone bill. But, if I rather have them go to something I can use on my WDW trip...how can I learn about ALL my options? Example can they only go to Mariott and Starwood? I understand that Starwood can be used at Swan/Dolphin, but are there other options w/ either of these? Thanks, I'm trying to learn. What's my best source for info on this?
