Nothing lost this week but I really didn't work at it either:o .
I'm starting a new program next week so we'll see how that goes.
This program has a really good site. I'm not sure if y'all will be able to sign up being UK residents but I'll give you the addy any way. They have a feature on there that you can make a vitual model of yourself and see how you look now, track your progress, and see what you'll look like at your goal weight.

nothing for me, but a rather difficult return from holiday at work, lots of evening ( pub) meetings etc. Had blood tests Weds to see if the dose for my underactive thyroid is correct ( needs raising I thik) and I'm seeing the specialist in about an hour to see what's going on with my knee. Hopefully I'll be able to get that fixed soon and be able to start training etc.

I've stayed the same this week so I cant complain really considering that I haven't really put much thought into what I've eaten etc!!!

Got a birthday bash at the weekend for DD's Fiance - so will have to be extra careful!
