I booked the Disney Express for my January trip which is great but the CM didnt explain anything.
Do i just take my letter to the Disney Express counter in Ashford and get my tickets there or do i collect them once off the train.

I added on the Disney Express quite a while after i booked my trip so i thought i would have all sorts of problems, especially as i had booked the Eurostar myself.
I just went up to the Disney Express desk on the off chance ( i thought i would have to collect my tickets at the station) with my Disney confirmation letter and i was on the list.
I got given my luggage tags and park tickets there and then.:thumbsup2

We had the Disney Express when we went, we were not given stickers to wear so i was worried, BUT we didnt need them as when we were on the Eurostar the lady automatically came to our seat and she knew our names etc... she gave us our park tickets and our Wild West Show tickets and also gave us ticket for Disney Express and tags to put on our bags...
When we arrived at Station we went up stairs, top floor and handed in our bags, then went straight to lunch :goodvibes

We didnt book through Disney either, but we did book our holiday through a travel agents... and they just knew all our details, she had a list of names and our details and even knew which carriage and seats we were sitting at.

I remember people getting on at Ashford getting their envelopes on the train as well. Or, at the Disney desk in Paris
