Here is a recent article that appeared in the Orlando Sentinel

I'm sure it's just like the others in the area.

ORLANDO -- Orlando-based Hilton Grand Vacations Company is building a new time share resort in the International Drive corridor.

Work is expected to begin this summer on the 384-unit resort at the intersection of International Drive and Vineland Boulevard.

This is Hilton's second Orlando resort, joining the 468-unit Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Sea World International Center.

Anyone own Hilton as well as DVC? Any recomendations or suggestions? Thanks!

I have found my DVC to be worth far more than any other timeshare and I am not interested.

The draw that Disney offers makes DVC worth more than five times what those other have to offer. Plus as soon as you buy the others, you lose at least 50%. You can not say that about DVC, when you consider the resales are well over $60 each and many of us bought for less than $55 and have gotten up to eight years of use for just our annual dues!
