Credit & DVC Purchase?

Quick question for all you experts.
When you sign mortgage docs and fill out credit form do they actually run a credit check? We are in the proccess of purchasing a condo in addition to our home and I had noticed that my original DVC purchase did not show up on my credit report.
We are adding on 100 pts and don't want anything else to show up on a credit report before we settle. FYI: we are already preapproved for the loan via computer, but the paperwork still has to make its way to the lender. Any thoughts? Should I ask for an extension on the add on? I already have paperwork. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks!!!

We just added 130 pts at VB. My guide said they won't even look at it as long as your account is current. It's just something to have on file. I would imagine it has to do with one's payment history with DVD.

My understanding is that they do NOT put anything on your credit report unless you specifically ask them to do so. Also, they do NOT check your credit w/an add on.
