Yup, it's true. I'm home, not in Disney, and these "Live from..." threads are getting me down. Eight months until I can post a real "Live from..." thread!

No "live from" but DD25 DS20 and I will be at ASSp in 23 days. It just doesn't feel right knowing we aren't going to even a studio. (the Visa free dining bit me)

I just booked our June trip this week.

We were 2 or 3 trips per year but with DD in HS we stopped doing so.Now just one longer trip. It's been hard these past 2 years to not just go solo .

I have friends that I play Paintball with ( and I have gone a few yearbefore) that go every year for a Hugh event at WWoS during the end of Oct. But with DD playing Varsity Soccer I would rather stay and support her.

So yes it's be forever ( well July) and we have forever to go.

38 days, though I think Grandpa Mohawk and I may be a tad too busy enjoying the NYE festivities. So it'll probably be more a "Live from Home, Trip Recap" than anything else. For now, we're just trying to adapt to the frigid north (20 degrees and it's only November in MD?) and contemplating getting the house ready for Christmas again.

My aunt gave me a bunch of Disney figurines and stuff for the train garden this year. We already have two trains (including the monorail), the castle, train station and now have the Emporium to add to our Celebration/Disney train garden. And I picked up some WALL-E and Eve action figures today. That'll tide me over, I think.

The cab will be here in 18 minutes to take me to the airport...will arrive in Orlando (assuming on time flights) at 8:36 a.m. ... DS arrives at 10:30 a.m. (he's flying in from college)...SOOOOO excited...shall I start another "live from" thread when I get there? We're staying at SSR this trip...our traditional T-giving trip...celebrating DS' brand-spandy-new admission to law school (he got his acceptance 3 days ago!)...can't wait...and now only 16 minutes to go!

We are going in mid-August for what we hope will be our longest trip ever. The goal is to go to Disney for 12 days and Universal for 2. I think our last trip was for 9 days and our honeymoon was for 10, so this will top it at 14. We want to be down there so long that we actually get a bit bored. Not sure if that will happen, bu if it doesn't, I guess we'll just have to spend the entire summer down there next time!
