O/T worse possible thing before my hols... wallet now found!

no, not holiday being cancelled..... ive lost my wallet with all my cards in - INCLUDING my disney shareholders card :scared1: :sad2:
i have no idea if i can get a replacement one, and if i will get it before my holiday, or if they can leave it at the hotel or sumthing....

i am so gutted, i feel sick and so depressed about it. i have just spent 30 mins on the phone cancelling all my cards, which means until they come thru - i have no money at all. and my works discount card was in it too so they wont be best pleased and not sure if they will rush me a new one.

thing thats worse, is im sure i took it into my parents house when i arrived, which means ds2 has hidden it sumwhere............. and of course he cant talk and tell us, nor does he understand what we ask him......

so - now i have 2 weeks to hope all my cards arrive, and hope theyre here quicker than that so i can finish gettin all the stuff i need for the hols, let alone christmas pressies......

gonna go off n cry now..... this hasnt been my month (crashed car earlier so have already had to pay out loads for that)

When I had my wallet stolen I got all my cards back within 3-5 days so shouldnt be long for you.

Ask them, and they will send you a fax as a temporary card. They won't be able to send a proper card in 2 weeks only, but you can use the fax to get your discounts!

Like Elena says, contact the Shareholders card, I'm sure they'll arrange something temporary for you so you'll still be able to receive your discounts on your hols.

yes - u read it right!

but unfortunately, it wasnt found until id cancelled all my cards!!!! so still have to wait for the new ones to arrive!!!!:scared1:

good news is - obviously sum ratbag hasnt got it, and also i still have my shareholders card :cool1:

i was right tho - i had taken it into my parents, and it was ds2 who had hidden it. he had put it into my moms handbag, which was in their cupboard!! how it got the door open i dont know, but he did!! mom found it a few moments ago and phoned to tell me (shed gone to get her bag for sumthin before church this morning).

so - i will now be looking for a set of travel sky hooks, so i can hang all my stuff from the ceiling to prevent ds2 getting at it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:lmao:

just hope my cards hurry up and come - but at least i know no one can get at my money - but need to get some out as need to buy my euros this week!!!! oh joy of kids lol

And the remote still worked after. My other daughter used to hide everything under the fridge or in the bin. What is it with hiding things???
