I am a Disney Junkie and I know Christmas time is crazy busy in the Disney parks. Is it the same for Sea World? Is it really busy the week after Christmas?

Yes. Last year it closed for capacity several days that week. Everything in Orlando--theme parks, restaurants, even grocery stores--is slammed that week, there's no avoiding the crowds.

It was to the point once where it took me 2 hours to drive about 6 miles down 192 to the Publix by my old house. It's bat s**t insane that week EVERYWHERE!
